Red Wine - Castel Del Monte DOC

Red Wine Castel Del Monte is obtained from Troia and Montepulciano grapes. It is produced traditionally after a short refinement in the bottle and is commercialized in the successive year to the vintage.

Ruby-red in color with bursts of garnet and intense fruit fragrance.

This wine is perfectly paired with Mediterranean dishes and all meats.

Rosy wine - Castel del Monte DOC

Rose Wine Castel Del Monte is obtained exclusively from the Bombino Nero grapes.

Macerated shortly with the peels, its fermentation is completed at a controlled low temperature.

It's fruity and floral scents and harmonious flavor render it ideal with all meals.

Red wine - Nero di Troia, Typical Geographic Indication.

Red wine Nero di Troia is obtained from the Grapes of Troia, certainly the most important and ancient native vine, cultivated in th e north of Puglia.

A rich wine with a strong personality, this wine is ruby-red in color with reflections of garnet. Dry, harmonious, with the intense aroma of mature fruit and notes of blackcurrants.

This wine is best accompanied with first plates, salami, red meats and seasoned cheeses.

White wine - Malvasia Bianca, Typical Geographic Indication

From the exquisite Malvasia grape, this homonymous wine is born in the classic enological tradition of Puglia.

Red wine - Sangiovese, Typical Geographic Indication

From the homonymous vine, also cultivated in Puglia, is obtained a dry and harmonious wine, ruby-red in color.

This Sangiovese red is the ideal accompaniment to meat dishes.

It is produced in comfortable and suitable large 5-liter bottles, or in PET containers of 5 liters, making it very practical for transporting.

This oil is obtained from superior quality olives solely by mechanical procedures.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Tenuta dei Cavalieri" is produced from the Coratina olives, selected and harvested at the prime point of maturity according to traditional techniques.

This oil presents with characteristically lively flavor and fruity taste.
